Job Description

Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer Experience till conversion.
Responsible for building loyal network of influencers for business generation.
Scouting for Opportunities to reach out to End Consumers through various Sources and increase business in the most cost-effective way.
Own up the Customer Journey and Experience from Lead to conversion.
Multitasking abilities to manage relationship with diverse influencers and stake holders (Interior designers, Kitchen studios, Bath stores, Trades, Aluminium & Glass fabricators).
Exhibiting achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption)
Understand Competition Offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.
Be the First point of contact for escalations and be supportive in ensuring delighted customers.
Responsible for Sales through channels (Dealers/wholesalers and retailers) in assigned territory.
Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer experience, stakeholder relationship in the territory.
Responsible for Delivery of KPI thereby generating loyal network of influencers and creating awareness about the products to the market thereby increasing the brand value.
Identify streams of revenue generation.
To expand the dealer, distributor, and retail network in the assigned territory.
Interacting and developing rapport with the customer at all levels for customer retention and achievement of service revenues.
