Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in agricultural sales or biotechnology sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.
