The Café Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations in line with company standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities:Customer Service Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive café experience. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle billing and cash transactions as per company procedure. Address customer queries, feedback, or complaints politely and promptly. Food & Beverage Preparation Prepare and serve north indian food and snacks, beverage, juices, etc. Follow presentation, hygiene, and quality standards consistently. Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the manager. Hygiene & Maintenance Maintain cleanliness of the café, tables, counters, and service areas. Follow FSSAI food safety standards and hygiene practices. Ensure equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
