Responsibilities
PLANNING FOR AUDITS
- Ensure successful completion of all internal audits
- Coordinate with RIMS Coordinators and Area Managers for execution of internal and external audits
- Prepare Annual Internal Audit Plan and Monthly Audit Schedule; update in RIMS AMS
- Coordinate with internal auditors for timely execution
- Follow up on pending observations and non-conformities
- Prepare monthly audit status report for MSC meeting
- Conduct internal audits
- Maintain lists of Approved Internal Auditors, Functional Heads, Area Managers, and Coordinators in RIMS AMS
DOCUMENTS & PROCEDURES
- Monitor compliance with ISO document control requirements
- Review AIRR, Process Plans, SOPs, and Management Procedures
- Participate in Apex Manual and RIMS Procedure reviews
- Update departmental documents as requested
CONTEXT OF ORGANIZATION
- Compile and update Context of Organization (COO) for Refinery
- Coordinate with departments for timely COO updates
- Maintain Interested Parties Register
TRAINING
- Provide RIMS training as per OISD fresher’s schedule
- Conduct training on 5S implementation at workplace
MANAGEMENT REVIEW
- Prepare presentation slides for Management Review Meetings
- Compile quarterly status of Objectives, Action Plans, and Internal Audits
- Draft Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for MRM
5S IMPLEMENTATION
- Monitor 5S implementation across refinery
- Release weekly reminders and compile status updates
- Present 5S activity status in MSC meetings
MANAGEMENT SAFETY COMMITTEE MEETING
- Prepare and compile RIMS presentation for MSC meetings
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- B.E. in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in Refinery, Petroleum, or Oil/Gas-based Fertilizer Plant
- Proven experience in HSEQ Management System implementation and auditing
Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ systems and ISO standards
- Familiarity with product/service quality, occupational health, safety, and environmental performance parameters
- Ability to audit HSEQMS in refinery and petrochemical units
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused approach
