Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations across logistics centers in the assigned area.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments and optimize route planning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT, delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and manage a team of hub managers, supervisors, and delivery staff.
