Job Description

1. Prepare impactful documents such as Analyst feedback report, IR report, peer financial models, Macro assessment for Board pack, and audit committee packs.
2. Support the Team on internal/ departmental deliverables as required during the publication of quarterly results, AGM, and investor conferences.3. Analyse monthly shareholding data, maintain n database/Profile on institutional investors and analysts4. Understand and analyze stock markets, utilizing previous experience in an investor relations role or similar.5. Maintain a detailed model of the companys financial performance and drive analysis/ discussion to improve valuation over time.6. Understand and apply valuation matrices and financial reports to provide accurate and comprehensive information to investors.7. Leverage Bloomberg and other financial databases to gather relevant and accurate financial information.8. Stay updated with the metals & mining industry trends to provide insightful information to investors and management.9. Assist in the management and resolution of investor relations issues.
