The Investor Relations role will manage relationships with investors, lenders and banks, support all funding-related communications, and ensure high-quality, timely information flow to external stakeholders including rating agencies.
Investor/Lender Relationship Management: Own and manage relationships with investors, lenders and banks; act as the single point of contact for all funding-related queries and information requests.
Investor Communication & Collaterals: Prepare and maintain quarterly/annual investor decks, lender presentations, Information Memorandums (IMs), and periodic performance updates.
Rating Agency Coordination: Lead end-to-end coordination with rating agencies including data collation, periodic reviews, site visits, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Market & Performance Insights: Track and analyze industry and peer trends, ALM position, Cost of Funds (CoF), and NPA movements; share key insights and implications with the CFO and leadership team.
Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure consistency across all external communication.
