Area Manager

You will be working as a full-time Area Manager for a West Hollywood-based restaurants company located in Surat. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing staff, and driving sales growth. Additionally, you will be in charge of inventory management, customer service, and staff training and development. Collaborating closely with the Head Office, you will play a key role in implementing strategies to achieve operational excellence. To excel in this role, you should have experience in restaurant operations, inventory management, and staff management. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential, along with proficiency in developing and implementing operational strategies. You must demonstrate the ability to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as a proven track record in driving sales growth. Training and developing staff, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective multitasking skills are also crucial for success in this position. Ideally, you should hold a relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. While experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, it is not mandatory.
