Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based in Vishakhapatnam. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and driving performance improvements. Key tasks include supervising and supporting educators, implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring program effectiveness, and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and the community. The role also involves reporting on operational metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring a quality educational experience for all students.

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive decision making and improve outcomes
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Knowledge of educational standards and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
