Job Description

We are hiring for the role of corporate Sales for the location Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline & Prospecting:

    Map target plants and contractor ecosystems; generate qualified meetings via cold outreach, referrals, and site walk-throughs.
  • Account Management:

    Build and manage relationships across Maintenance, Production, Stores, Procurement, and Finance. Drive rate contracts, blanket POs, and multi-plant rollouts.
  • Commercials & Negotiation:

    Win on value (TCO, availability, service levels) while protecting margins. Negotiate delivery schedules, payment terms, freight, and warranty.
  • Coordination:

    Liaise with Supply/Procurement for sourcing, OEM principals for demos/trials, and Ops/Logistics for on-time delivery.
  • Post-Sales Support:

    Ensure adoption, training, warranty/returns coordination, and collection follow-ups to meet DSO targets.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Track competitor pricing, product launches, tenders (GeM/PSU portals), and demand signals to provide insights for pricing and assortment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Haves:

  • 2 - 10 years of industrial/MRO/B2B field sales with plant-level exposure.
  • Working knowledge of hand & power tools, torque tools, pneumatics, cutting tools, abrasives, safety/PPE.
  • Ability to read specifications/part numbers, interpret basic drawings, and suggest alternatives.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (preferably ERPNext), Excel/Google Sheets, and mobile apps.
  • Valid 2/4 wheeler license; willingness to travel 4060% within the region.
