Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose: To support the industrial sales team by preparing accurate quotations, maintaining essential data records, and managing the purchase of goods. The role ensures smooth operations by handling administrative tasks and ensuring timely and accurate data entry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and send out quotations for industrial sales inquiries. Maintain and update sales records and other essential data in Excel and other systems. Manage the purchase of goods based on the quotations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. Handle filing and organization of sales-related documents. Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates. Assist in other related administrative tasks as required by the other team. Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Business or related field will be a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Performance Expectations: Timely and accurate preparation of quotations. Efficient management of purchase orders based on quotations.
