Position: Sales Coordinator (Female Only) Location: Chennai Department: Sales & Customer Support Industry: Industrial Infrared Heating Solutions Preferred Languages: English, Tamil ( Hindi preferred ) Experience: Fresher 3 years Skills: MS Office, typing, communication, customer coordination Roles & Responsibilities Sales Coordination & Customer Handling Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Sales Engineers Connect customers to right sales executive based on region/project Maintain strong follow-up with customers until closure Share product information, brochures, videos, and quotations Update customer on order status, dispatch date, and delivery details Collect customer feedback and maintain relationship Documentation & Reporting Prepare quotations and Proforma invoices Maintain sales records and CRM data (IndiaMART / Excel / Software) Daily sales entry, enquiry tracker updation and follow-up sheet Maintain customer database and enquiry logs Generate weekly and monthly sales reports Communication & Coordination Coordinate between customers, sales team, dispatch team & accounts Schedule client meetings, calls, and follow-up reminders Support in after-sales customer service and complaint coordination Assist in arranging marketing events, online demos, exhibitions, etc. Software & Tools Capability MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint mandatory) Fast and accurate typing skills WhatsApp Business, Email professionalism CRM / Lead management tools (advantage) Follow-up & Payments Follow up for quotations, orders & payment collection Share payment updates with Accounts & Sales Teams Admin & Support Tasks Maintain organized customer files & documentation Assist in internal coordination with purchase & logistics team Support sales executives with travel & schedule planning Key Requirements Female candidates only Good communication skills (English, Tamil Hindi preferred ) Computer & MS Office knowledge (Excel/Word mandatory) Strong coordination & follow-up mindset Ability to communicate confidently with industrial customers Professional attitude, polite communication, and positive mindset Personality Qualities Smart, Energetic & Well-presented Good listener, clear communicator Customer-friendly and disciplined Team player & quick learner Time management & multi-tasking ability Growth Opportunity Sales Support Executive Senior Sales Coordinator CRM Manager Skill growth in industrial sales, CRM & operations Exposure to industrial marketing & business development
