Position Overview:

The Area Manager will lead and oversee multiple branches or teams of Front Line Sales Executives (FLS) within the assigned region. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing strategic business plans, and ensuring operational excellence across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Front Line Sales Executives (FLS) across multiple branches.
• Drive business growth by meeting sales and revenue objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Ensure performance monitoring and reporting across the assigned territory.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
• Coordinate with regional and branch management for smooth operations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory standards.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target-driven with a strategic business mindset.
• Analytical, result-oriented, and organized.
• Good understanding of financial products and the BFSI market.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in sales, team handling, or branch operations (preferably BFSI sector).
• Location Preference: Candidates from or willing to relocate to Thrissur District.
