We are looking for a QA Team Lead to manage and mentor our QA team, ensuring top-quality standards across all software deliverables. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, QA strategy, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Define, implement, and maintain testing strategies, plans, and processes for all projects.
• Oversee manual and automation testing efforts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Conduct code reviews, test reviews, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
• Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive initiatives for performance, security, and API testing.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers to improve technical and analytical skills.
• Track quality metrics, identify improvement areas, and ensure continuous process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Software Testing & QA, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
• Expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and performance testing tools (JMeter).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Proficiency in test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
