collection agencies.
Identify the key defaulters by grouping of non-payment codes and made optimum plans
Plan to minimize the collection cost by proposing ROR level commission structures.
Developed various MISs to show different cuts and trends which lead to corrective actions
by team and show areas of improvements
Plan and implemented periodic audits of collections team to ensure compliance with all
relevant policies and regulations.
