Dealer Network channel

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the

  dealer/distributor network

  within the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard

  new dealers

  to expand market presence.
• Achieve

  monthly and quarterly sales targets

  by driving secondary and tertiary sales.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility.
  
• Conduct

  market visits

  to assess dealer performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  
• Plan and execute

  promotional activities

  to enhance brand awareness and dealer engagement.
• Prepare and share

  sales reports

  and performance analysis with the regional manager.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in

  dealer/distributor/channel sales

  .
• Preferred background:

  Mattress / Furniture / Consumer Durables / FMCG

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple dealer accounts.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
