Reporting to Regional Business Manager Education level Bachelors in Science (Minimum) Experience Required Minimum 4 years of experience Preferred Industry Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Language Known Local Language & English Others Candidate must have worked with Govt Institutions (Central, State, Defence, ESIC, CGHS etc.) Knowledge of Tender Business Ideally should have past sales experience in any of the following: Oncology, Ophthalmology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Lab Equipment Technical Skills: MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus Roles and Responsibilities Planning, maintaining, and increasing sales for defined/assigned company products. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base. Building effective business relationships with healthcare partners and customers. Identifying and resolving gaps in customer expectations vs. actual service levels. Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Handling all ground-level operations from taking hospital orders to product supply and payment receipt.
