1. Sales & Business Development Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales targets in institutional business. Identify and acquire new institutional clients including government bodies, hospitals, large corporates, and public sector undertakings. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with institutional clients. 2. Key Account Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients and decision-makers. Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection. 3. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team. Assign targets, review performance, and provide guidance to improve productivity. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams for smooth business operations. 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and government procurement policies.
