Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales targets in institutional business.
Identify and acquire new institutional clients including government bodies, hospitals, large corporates, and public sector undertakings.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with institutional clients.

2. Key Account Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients and decision-makers.
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
Assign targets, review performance, and provide guidance to improve productivity.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams for smooth business operations.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and government procurement policies.
Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, tenders, and rate contracts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP(Preferred).

Job Location - Based @ Kolkata (Covering Entire East)

Position - RBM

Experience - Working with Govt bodies for minimum 5 yrs.
