Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets, with a focus on achieving overall monthly and annual sales targets. Ensuring brand-wise sales targets are met, especially for Thrust Brands, will be a key priority. You will need to maximize productivity in each FO territory, enhance business hygiene by reducing sales returns and expiries, and forecast effectively to maintain smooth availability and distribution of products. Coordinating with business partners and distribution channels will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Brand-wise Sales Targets, with a focus on Thrust Brands - Ensure targets are met by each FO territory and maximize productivity - Improve business hygiene by reducing sales returns and expiries - Forecast effectively to ensure smooth availability and distribution of products - Coordinate with business partners and distribution channels - Develop brand-specific core customers and enhance their business contributions - Monitor field officers" efforts to maintain Dr Call Average and MCR coverage - Support strategic alliance programs for maximizing ROI from KOLs - Identify and develop core customers for each product and maximize returns - Develop team in terms of in-clinic effectiveness, product knowledge, and selling skills - Implement marketing programs effectively to develop key brands in each territory - Timely reporting and maintenance of sales records, MCR, Chemist list, and Institution list - Ensure effective DWP implementation and discipline through control tools like STP, TP Qualification Required: - Science graduate ideally with previous experience in first-line management or MNC companies - Good interpersonal skills, team work, analytical ability - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and execution skills Please note that this is a summary of key duties and responsibilities, and tasks may change based on business needs.
