Area Business Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Business Manager to join our team at Biocent Scientific India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote and detail Biocent Scientific's products to healthcare professionals (doctors, medical practitioners, hospitals, and pharmacies).

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Track and report on sales activities and market trends to management.

· Monitor competitors' activities and keep up-to-date with industry trends.

· Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.

· Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

· Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
