Medical Representative It is the responsibility of a medical representative to market and sell the products produced by their company, whether those products are pharmaceuticals or medical devices. Doctors, nurses, and pharmacists all can be clients. The medical representative will raise consumer knowledge of the product, respond to inquiries, offer guidance, and introduce new products. A medical representative develops and keeps excellent working connections with administrative and medical staff. Key Responsibilities: Selling the company’s medications to physicians, pharmacists, and other pertinent medical experts. Making appointments with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical experts to promote brand-name medicines. Developing an extensive understanding of company medications. Establishing and preserving positive business relationships with clients to promote repeat business. Following up on leads the company has generated. Putting together presentations for prospective clients. Investigating the medicines of rival companies and each one’s market performance. Keeping up with new advances in the medical industry to assess how they might affect the company’s business strategies. Reviewing sales performance and writing reports. Develop and implement brand strategies with the sales team to provide a unified marketing message. skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record in sales and team management within the pharmaceutical sector. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, sales processes, and customer relationship management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Native Candidates only Preferred (Madura only) and should be ready to travel extensively Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
