About Ambak:-

Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) space

Key Responsibilities

Generate and drive business for
Home Loans & Loan Against Property
through direct sourcing, DSAs, agents, and connectors.
Lead, manage, and mentor a
field sales team
for consistent performance.
Achieve and exceed monthly disbursement targets (510 Cr+).
Build and maintain a strong local market network.
Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing, from lead generation to disbursement.

Desired Candidate Profile

38 years of proven experience in
Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales
.
Strong record of achieving
5–10 Cr+ monthly disbursements
.
Prior team-handling experience in field sales is mandatory.
Excellent market knowledge and strong
DSA/connector relationships
in Bangalore.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused professional.
