, on-the-job training, and continuous handholding to support MEs through real-time learning and development.
Plan to
meet the budgets
and joint field work aligned with territory goals, emphasizing strong ROI through targeted sales-promotion strategies.
Monitor

performance
closely by reviewing customer lists, product knowledge, selling skills, coverage, and target achievements through various reports, feedback, and field insights.
Participate
in joint field visits with the RM and MEs to strengthen execution, share practical insights, and demonstrate best-in-class sales practices.
Track
in-market competition and adjust strategies proactively to maintain a competitive advantage.
To be a
role-model
for the team members in terms of therapy market knowledge and razor-sharp selling-skills and
value-add
during joint field visits.
Engage talent
and ensure
zero vacancy
in the region by
referring quality candidates.
