Role Description Job Title: Solutions Architect - Dynamics 365 CRM Hiring Location: Pune, Bangalore,Noida,Chennai,Trivandrum Experience Range: 15 - 25 years Key Responsibilities Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of proof of concepts, solution planning, and custom demos. Proposal Preparation: Ensure proposed solutions offer a compelling value proposition and play a key role in proposal preparation. Due Diligence and Solution Validation: Lead the due diligence phase of the pursuit and revise the solution as needed. Customer Discovery & Assessment: Analyze customer objectives and present compelling solutions, identifying business value and ROI. Technical Feasibility & Impact Analysis: Perform technical feasibility assessments and select the appropriate software architecture/solution. Leadership & Advisory: Advise senior customer leaders on software and technology solutions, providing strategic IT advice. Best Practices Recommendations: Recommend best practices for IT Strategy, implementation planning, and capacity management. Solution Architecture for Large Projects: Define architecture for large engagements and act as the design authority. Supervision of Architects: Lead software architects to develop system recommendation documents by evaluating technology and infrastructure products. Strategic Technical Development: Lead technical strategies and architectures for enterprise-wide projects. Technical Documentation & Design: Independently design, document, and develop technical architecture and solutions for large enterprise applications. Solution Implementation: Build components and custom designs, ensuring technical integrity and successful implementation. Estimates & Vendor Management: Work on estimates, vendor management, and partnership/license management. System Architecture Improvements: Identify, analyze, recommend, and implement improvements in system architectures. Technology Adoption: Lead the adoption of new technology in ERP/CRM. Cross-platform Solutioning: Contribute ideas towards cross-platform solutions for customers and practice. Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to architecture principles and design standards to maintain technical quality. Technical Mentorship: Mentor and guide a team of architects and help them gain valuable exposure. Innovation: Contribute to new technical platforms addressing similar domain or horizontal needs. Business Development & Branding: Drive business development, create reusable components, and contribute to branding within UST and externally. Must-Have Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise and implementation experience. Salesforce CRM experience (optional but preferred). Strong proficiency in Solution Architecture with a deep understanding of enterprise-level CRM/ERP systems. Proven experience in Technical Sales and leading pre-sales engagements. Experience in vendor management, proposal preparation, and handling RFPs. Ability to mentor and lead a team of architects. Strong understanding of technical feasibility, impact analysis, and solution design for complex business problems. Demonstrated ability in IT Strategy and implementation planning. Proven track record in business development and client-facing roles. Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with AppSource contributions and industry white papers. Knowledge in cross-platform solutioning and integration of technologies. Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.). Experience with industry-standard architecture models.
