Archer Specialist

Position Overview:

Location

Experience/ Joining: 5-6 Years, Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and ongoing support of

  RSA Archer Control Assurance

  and

  IT Risk Management

  use cases. 
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to define and manage internal control testing, IT risk assessments, and issue management within Archer. 
• Configure Archer applications, data-driven events, notifications, and workflows tailored to cyber risk and internal controls. 
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into

  ITGC testing

  , risk posture, and compliance status. 
• Design and execute Archer

  data feeds

  , integrations (APIs/web services), and custom scripts to automate control and risk processes. 
• Perform

  risk assessments

  , control self-assessments, and cybersecurity assessments leveraging Archer’s advanced capabilities. 
• Maintain

  compliance frameworks

  (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR) within Archer and ensure proper mapping of controls and regulations. 
• Identify and implement

  process improvements

  and automation opportunities using Archer’s advanced workflow engine. 
• Collaborate with internal audit, IT, and security teams to drive issue remediation and risk mitigation actions. 
• Provide user support, platform troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer through documentation and training sessions. 
• Support periodic system upgrades and new Archer module deployments with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. 

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in

  RSA Archer Platform with specific experience in Control Assurance

  IT Risk Management

  use cases. 
• Deep understanding of

  internal controls

• Ability to build dashboards, reports, and metrics to support decision-making at operational and executive levels. 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the RSA Archer platform.
