Archer Specialist

Position Overview: Tech AGRIM is seeking an experienced Archer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and management of the RSA Archer platform to support our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. This role requires someone to work on used case studies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Location : India (Remote) Experience: 3-4 Years Key Responsibilities: Work on design, implementation, and configuration of the RSA Archer platform. Internalize Archer applications, fields, workflows, and reports to meet business requirements. Build API integrations with upstream/downstream systems and Archer as needed. Implement complex calculations, data-driven dynamic forms, and advanced workflow logic using Archer's AQL (Archer Query Language) and related scripting languages' Sound knowledge of data-feeds and data import process in Archer. Utilize Archer's custom objects as well as reporting and analytics capabilities to generate insightful dashboards and reports for management and compliance teams. Stay updated with the latest Archer releases and features and implement upgrades as necessary. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Archer. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Archer users. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enhance platform utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data integrity and security within the Archer platform. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience working with the RSA Archer platform.
