Position Overview: Tech AGRIM is seeking an experienced Archer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and management of the RSA Archer platform to support our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. This role requires someone to work on used case studies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Location : India (Remote) Experience: 3-4 Years Key Responsibilities: Work on design, implementation, and configuration of the RSA Archer platform. Internalize Archer applications, fields, workflows, and reports to meet business requirements. Build API integrations with upstream/downstream systems and Archer as needed. Implement complex calculations, data-driven dynamic forms, and advanced workflow logic using Archer's AQL (Archer Query Language) and related scripting languages' Sound knowledge of data-feeds and data import process in Archer. Utilize Archer's custom objects as well as reporting and analytics capabilities to generate insightful dashboards and reports for management and compliance teams. Stay updated with the latest Archer releases and features and implement upgrades as necessary. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Archer. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Archer users. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enhance platform utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data integrity and security within the Archer platform. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and management of the RSA Archer platform to support our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of business continuity planning, risk management, and compliance processes, along with technical expertise in the Archer platform. Location : India Experience/ Joining: 5-6 Years, Immediate Joining Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and ongoing support of RSA Archer Control Assurance and IT Risk Management use cases. Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to define and manage internal control testing, IT risk assessments, and issue management within Archer. Configure Archer applications, data-driven events, notifications, and workflows tailored to cyber risk and internal controls. Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into ITGC testing , risk posture, and compliance status. Design and execute Archer data feeds , integrations (APIs/web services), and custom scripts to automate control and risk processes. Perform risk assessments , control self-assessments, and cybersecurity assessments leveraging Archer’s advanced capabilities. Maintain compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR) within Archer and ensure proper mapping of controls and regulations. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using Archer’s advanced workflow engine. Collaborate with internal audit, IT, and security teams to drive issue remediation and risk mitigation actions. Provide user support, platform troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer through documentation and training sessions. Support periodic system upgrades and new Archer module deployments with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Required Skills: Strong expertise in RSA Archer Platform with specific experience in Control Assurance and IT Risk Management use cases. Deep understanding of internal controls , ITGCs , cybersecurity risk management , and regulatory compliance . Proficiency in Archer’s advanced workflow , data-driven content , access control and calculations. Experience integrating Archer with security platforms , compliance tools , or ERP systems . Ability to build dashboards, reports, and metrics to support decision-making at operational and executive levels.
