Description
As the POS Lead at Capgemini, your role will involve being accountable for Retail POS, Enterprise Order Management, Merchandising Applications, and Store Operations. You will be responsible for providing support for bug fixes related to POS and store-related issues, addressing any service-impacting issues, managing system upgrades, and handling incident, request, and problem management for POS applications. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve software issues. Your responsibilities will also include conducting detailed root cause analysis of complex business process issues and delivering appropriate system solutions. Your Profile: - Translate client business requirements and objectives into system solutions and develop necessary product modifications to meet client needs. - Provide post-Go-Live support including bug fixes, issue resolution, and customer support, and participate in and oversee pre- and post-Go-Live activities. - Lead automation initiatives and process improvements. - Provide on-call support beyond business hours.
