Job Description

Google is looking for Apprenticeship Program Manager, Google Operations Center to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the apprentice program, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs.
Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and team members.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the program, developing contingency plans as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programs or similar roles.
Strong understanding of Google's operations and culture.
