Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Appointment Generation Executive to join our growing team. This role involves prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling high-quality appointments. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, databases, referrals, cold calling).
Maintain and update an organized database of leads.
2. Prospecting & Outreach:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients.
Craft personalized messaging to establish interest and build rapport with prospects.
3. Appointment Setting:
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure a strong match with the company’s services.
Schedule appointments for the lead generation campaigns with decision-makers (e.g., CXOs, Directors, or Managers).
4. Follow-ups & Nurturing:
Follow up on cold and warm leads to develop relationships.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in IT Sales or B2B Lead Generation.
Excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Proven expertise in business development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Experience in market research and analysis is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B International Sales or IT Sales
