Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Generation Executive, based in Pune. The role involves engaging potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels, scheduling appointments for sales executives, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updates. Additional responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation goals. Daily activities also include conducting market research to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, email etiquette, and proficiency in client handling and engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data management, and lead tracking systems.
  • Skills in researching, identifying potential leads, and generating appointments to support sales and marketing functions.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and familiarity with demand generation strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines effectively in a high-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in appointment generation or sales support is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
