About the Role

Applied/Research Scientist

Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, and computation/token optimization to build scalable, efficient, and impactful AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions from experimentation to production.
• Architect and fine-tune

  LLMs

  ,

  NLP

  , and

  Computer Vision

  models for our platforms.
• Explore and implement

  Agentic AI

  and

  Generative AI

  capabilities aligned with strategic goals.
• Optimize model performance with efficient

  token and computation management

  strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI features into consumer-facing and BFSI products.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI research and translate cutting-edge advancements into business impact.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong AI innovation culture within AI Labs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years

  of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Proven experience in

  Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  ,

  Computer Vision

  , and

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  .
• Exposure to

  Generative AI

  (text, image, or multimodal models).
• Understanding of

  tokenization, computation scaling, and model optimization techniques

  .
• Experience implementing

  agentic AI systems

  or autonomous AI workflows.
• Strong background in Python, and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience in

  Consumer B2C

  and/or

  BFSI

  industries preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
