Application Support Analyst

About The Job

Objectives of this role

• Provide level 1 support in the areas of SAP or other applications with basic knowledge of transaction codes
• Provide technical support, training and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP and other applications.
• Unlock users and perform password if required for SAP and other applications (to be listed)
• Should be able to monitor the SAP jobs in SM35, SM35 and Idoc processing etc
• Basic bug fix and troubleshooting of failed jobs
• Re-run of the jobs which are ended up in error
• Collaborate with clients to make them understand of SM and level 1 activities
• Perform Non regression testing during the monthly releases.
• Work in 1 month rotation shifts .
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0.5 -2 years of experience in supporting SAP functional areas.
• Functional Knowledge of SAP FICO/MM/SD/PP/QM/EHS/LE/PM and other major modules.
• Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems.
  

Skills And Behavioral Competencies

• Relevant certifications like SAP Certified Technology Associate and SAP Certified Development Associate.
• Aware of the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work individually and collaborate with a team
