Qualifications And Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO module and integration with healthcare IT systems, ensuring end-to-end process mapping and operational continuity
- Solid experience with SAP FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Receivable processes to support financial operations within a healthcare setting.
- Hands-on proficiency in SAP FI/CO and SAP FI-CO for seamless interoperability and understanding of both financial and controlling modules, crucial for synchronized hospital workflows.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP Finance functions, including core accounting, budgeting, and reporting tailored to the healthcare sector's unique requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, resolve user issues, and implement system enhancements to support business processes effectively.
- Proficiency in SAP FI\CO, with competency in configuration, data migration, testing, and user training for process improvement and user adoption.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and deliver IT solutions for finance and controlling modules in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to translate operational needs into functional SAP solutions aligned with medical best practices.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital environments, prioritizing multiple tasks and supporting mission-critical applications with commitment and diligence.
- Awareness of industry best practices, compliance regulations, and data privacy requirements pertaining to healthcare finance systems and patient information.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and maintain SAP FICO modules to meet the evolving operational and reporting needs of the hospital.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and implement SAP FICO solutions tailored to the healthcare sectors specific financial and controlling needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business users, and IT teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Conduct system configuration, periodic upgrades, troubleshooting, and provide user training for SAP FICO and related financial modules.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy within SAP finance and controlling processes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor system performance, proactively resolve application issues, and provide support to end users to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Document all configuration, workflows, enhancements, and training materials for reference and audit requirements.
- Stay current with SAP functionalities and healthcare IT trends, recommending continuous improvements for increased efficiency and quality of service.
