Job Description

Role & Responsibility

  • Handle installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical machines at customer sites
  • Assist the sales team by understanding customer requirements and proposing technical solutions
  • Provide technical documentation, support for customer trials, and operator training
  • Analyze competitor products and offer value-driven alternatives
  • Liaise with the R&D and NPD teams to suggest improvements or new product ideas
  • Maintain service logs, track customer feedback, and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Build strong customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction and long-term support

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
  • 3–7 years of experience in pharma or packaging machinery industry
  • Experience in OEM machine manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP standards and pharma regulatory requirements is a plus

Skills Required:

  • Good communication in

    English and regional languages

  • Strong problem-solving and application understanding
  • Willingness to travel for installations, trials, and service calls
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
