Project Registration Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project registration documents for APF approvals with relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (architects, engineers, legal counsel) to gather necessary documentation.
  • Track and monitor the progress of project registration applications.
  • Liaise with government agencies to resolve any queries or issues related to project approvals.

Loan Disbursement Support:

  • Verify loan documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare disbursement schedules and monitor loan disbursement timelines.
  • Coordinate with borrowers and bankers to facilitate timely loan disbursements.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to loan disbursements.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, DSAs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to borrowers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
  • Address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, disbursements, and related documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on loan performance and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Other duties as assigned:

  • Other general administrative work
  • ERP data entry and other required coordination
  • File Management, etc.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on project registration through APF and customer loan disbursements.
  • Excellent understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
