Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage and expand Supply Chain Finance (SCF) relationships with large corporates, vendors, and dealers. This role involves supporting the anchor acquisition team, structuring tailored SCF solutions, and ensuring seamless execution across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with anchor clients, vendors, and dealers to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Anchor Acquisition Support: Assist in identifying and onboarding vendors and dealers for anchor clients across locations, ensuring optimal allocation and program scalability.
  • Client Servicing & Query Resolution: Serve as a single point of contact for anchors and their ecosystem, ensuring timely resolution of queries and effective communication of program details.
  • Solution Structuring: Design and customize Supply Chain Finance solutions tailored to the specific needs of vendors and dealers.
  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations for client onboarding and business expansion.
  • Business Development: Drive lead conversion through strategic partnerships and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement: Train and guide SCF sales teams across zones on product features, documentation requirements, disbursal processes, and implementation best practices.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record in working with large corporates.
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital solutions.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients for SCF offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.

Preferred Experience

  • 4–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain finance, corporate banking, or working capital finance.
  • Prior experience in managing vendor/dealer ecosystems is a plus.
