Job Description:

Titan, a leading company in the digital industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Analytics & Insights department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Utilize various analytics tools and techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Additional Parameters:

• Experience in the digital industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
• Experience with A/B testing and data modeling is a plus.
