Job Description

In this role, you will be engaging with Banking and Financial sector, leaders across the globe to define the need for banks solutions which involves requirement understanding, brainstorming on solutions, process design, delivering the solutions and maintaining it. You will be working with an extremely resourceful and talented team of Analysts & Senior Analysts at Tredence with primary focus on growing the relationship with the client on one hand, while leading/working with the delivery team to ensure high quality deliverables on a day-to-day basis. You should have a complete command over the project status and lead the team by example. 1. Analytical mindset to be able to leverage data to build relevant solutions 2. Technical architect, who would be able to build sustainable and scalable and client-self-serve solutions 3. Leverage expertise in Banking and financial sector data, including credit card data, retail Bank data and commercial bank to provide effective solutions. 4. Develop actionable insights dashboards on Tableau/Power BI or on similar platforms. 5. Use advanced analytics such as segmentation/clustering, propensity models to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle. 6. Work independently and Lead team of data analyst, fostering innovation and excellence. Must-Have Skills: 1. 6-9 years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasing demonstrated expertise analytical projects for Banking and Financial clients. 2. Mandatory programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark 3. Must have hands on experience of data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI to craft insightful visual reports and dashboards. 4. Basic knowledge on machine learning domains such as regression, classification 5. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively. 6. Attention to Detail- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels. 8.
