Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Operations (Onboarding, Background Verification & Exit Management)
Acts as a partner to business functions to develop Talent strategies that facilitate business strategies/priorities.
Responsible for the complete Employee Life Cycle (On- Boarding to Separation).
Act as a consultant to Managers and Employees regarding policies and procedures.
Manages employee relations issues and serves as an employee advocate.
Follow and ensure adherence to relevant internal and legal procedure.
Design and implement company policies, address employee queries on a timely basis
Performance Management (Probation Confirmation, PIP, Mid and Yearly review)
Engagement, Rewards & Recognition
Labor Law and Statutory Compliances including Audit
Global HRIS (Workday)

Additional ( HR Projects, documentation of employee lifecycle HR policies & processes )

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience with
Workday
Proven work experience as a HR Operations or similar role from a BPO industry
Excellent communication
skills email writing and verbal
Immediate Joiners
preferred
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
