This is a full-time on-site role for an Analyst/Senior Analyst in WFM Reporting & Forecasting, located in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for gathering and analyzing workforce data, preparing reports, and forecasting staffing needs. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, assessing demand patterns, and providing actionable insights to improve workforce management efficiency. Collaboration with other departments to implement workforce planning strategies is also a key aspect of the role.
