The Business Development Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators of the Business Development Team members.
• Develop and maintain the Team’s efficiency reports and dashboards, be able to draw data-driven conclusions on the Team’s performance and present them to the Managing Director.
• Track each Team member’s key performance indicators achievement progress and ensure they are delivered on time by managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with the Team to drive process improvements and system enhancements based on the data-based insights.
• Work closely with IT and Business Development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Designing and developing automated systems, testing, and managing projects.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis/data analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, data gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, process mapping, and workflow automation.
• Ability to analyze overall team’s efficiency and each separate employee’s efficiency.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile or fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
