Analyst - Procurement Operations(Enablement and Catalogue Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Operations Analyst with expertise in SAP Ariba and SAP ECC. The Enablement & Catalogues Specialist will be responsible for managing supplier enablement, catalogue creation, and maintenance within the Ariba Guided Buying environment and ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders and suppliers. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in procurement tools, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

What you will do

• SAP Ariba Operations:

• Maintain and update

  catalogues

  on Ariba for accurate and timely availability.
• Enable and onboard suppliers on

  Ariba Network

  ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Support

  Ariba Guided Buying

  and

  Procure-to-Order (P2O)

  processes.
• Handle

  material group and UNSPSC mapping

  for accurate classification.
• Manage

  Purchase Requisitions (PR)

  and

  Purchase Orders (PO)

  within Ariba.
• Collaborate on

  Ariba upstream and downstream operations

  for sourcing and procurement workflows.

• Supplier & Data Management:

• Maintain

  supplier master data

  and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Facilitate

  supply chain collaboration

  for smooth procurement and delivery processes.

• SAP ECC Integration:

• Work with SAP ECC for transactional and reporting requirements related to procurement.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve procurement issues and optimize processes.
• Provide training and support for guided buying and catalog usage.

• Reporting & Analysis:

• Utilize

  Excel

  for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in procurement operations with SAP Ariba and SAP ECC.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
