Role Overview: You will be joining as a BEFM Analyst within the Fund Finance Oversight team (FFO) to oversee delegated activities and reporting. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various processes related to depositary banks, due diligence, KPI monitoring, process enhancement, budget control, and coordination with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Oversight of Administrations Depositary Banks - Ongoing monitoring of delegated activities including due diligences and KPIs - Implement and enhance processes such as operating memorandum - Control budget and fees - Coordinate with Depositary Banks for timely delivery of asset ownership evidence - Manage processes related to safekeeping of financial instruments and assets - Coordinate due diligences with sub-custodians - Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in collaboration with the FFO team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline - At least 4 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry (e.g., Depositary Bank, Audit/Advisory) with a good understanding of Depositary Banks obligations and alternative industry operations - Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for UCI Part II (FCP, SICAV), RAIF funds, and AIFM regulations - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work consistently - Highly organized, goal-oriented, and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset - Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage work independently while knowing when to escalate issues - Team player who collaborates effectively, contributes to a dynamic team environment, and provides mentorship and motivation to colleagues.
