Analyst - Fund Finance Oversight

You will be joining as a BEFM Analyst within the newly established Fund Finance Oversight team (FFO), where you will be responsible for the oversight of delegated activities and reporting. As a key member of the FFO team, you will play a crucial role in various processes related to delegation oversight and coordination with Depositary Banks. - Oversee Administrations Depositary Banks and ensure ongoing monitoring of the delegated activities including due diligences and KPIs - Implement and enhance processes such as operating memorandum and control budget and fees - Coordinate with Depositary Banks for the timely delivery of evidence of ownership of assets within the Group - Manage processes related to the safekeeping of financial instruments and other assets, including coordination of due diligences - Maintain and develop SOP in collaboration with the FFO team - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline - Minimum of 4 years of relevant financial services industry experience with a good understanding of Depositary Banks obligations and alternative industry operations - Knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to UCI Part II, RAIF funds, and AIFM - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work - Highly organized, goal-oriented, and solutions-focused with a focus on continuous improvement - Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to manage work independently - Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive team environment - Experience in providing mentorship, motivation, and encouragement to colleagues,
