What you will be doing at Evalueserve:


  • Law firm Sales:

    Sell IP search solutions such as Patentability, Invalidity, FTOs, licensing, claim charts, drafting and prosecution directly to US and EU law firms.
  • Demand Generation for IP (Patent), R&D and innovation related business:

    Drive the translation of marketing campaigns into nurtured leads, ensuring that prospects receive personalized and timely communication aligned with their buying journey.
  • Launch Targeted Outbound Campaigns in North America and Europe:

    Develop and execute highly personalized outbound campaigns, encompassing tailored emails, strategic phone calls, LinkedIn InMail, and other engagement channels. These efforts aim to showcase Evalueserve's meticulous approach, deep industry understanding, and commitment to meeting client needs.
  • Effective Inbound Lead Management:

    Manage inbound leads resulting from marketing initiatives systematically. Qualify and categorize leads, promptly escalating those that require immediate attention.
  • Collaborative Team Player:

    Thrive in an independent but collaborative team environment, actively engaging with colleagues to share experiences and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


What we’re looking for:


  • Entrepreneurial Mindset

    : A self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience:

    Ideally, 1-3 years of business development, marketing, or client service experience. Knowledge of IP will be a big plus.
  • Skills and Personality Traits:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a curiosity to understand and build solutions.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different sales and marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, showcasing excellent computer skills.
  • Tech Savviness: Knowledge of HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to technology.
  • Open to Entry-Level Candidates:

  • Educational Background:

    A bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
