Working Model: Work-from-office Shift Timings : Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better: Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion. Desired Candidate Profile Technical Basic understanding of legal fundamentals, contracts' law fundamentals Good understanding of any contract review platform or repository management and reporting Functional Strong analytical skills with the high level of attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Strong review and evaluation and English language skills Strong communication skills - Spoken and written.
