Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst - CDI to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in the Healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Conduct thorough analysis of data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulations, with experience in CDI analysis preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
