Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst - CDI to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in the Healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Conduct thorough analysis of medical records to ensure compliance with regulations.
Identify areas for cost savings and develop strategies to optimize resource allocation.
Develop and maintain reports to track business performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices, including CDI analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
